b. ZBA #23-008 Special Exception Application (Public Hearing required): John
Dunn requests a Special Exception pursuant to Section IV, Article A.2(m) to
construct an accessory structure with a footprint exceeding 1,000 square feet at 39
Pebble Hill Road, Tax Map 61, Lot 8-2 in the Rural / Agricultural District.
c. ZBA #23-009 Special Exception and Variance Application (Public Hearing
