A. PB #23-019 Minor Subdivision (Public Hearing required): Fieldstone Land
Consultants, PLLC, on behalf of All Purpose Storage Swanzey West, LLC requests a
minor, two-lot, subdivision of property shown at Tax Map 52, Lot 16 on Base Hill
Road. The subject property is located in Rural Agricultural District and the Business District.
B. PB #23-020 Site Plan Review (Public Hearing required): Fieldstone Land Consultants, PLLC, on behalf All Purpose Storage Swanzey West LLC requests Site Plan Review for construction of a multi-tenant services facility to be leased to various service businesses at 115 Base Hill Rd. The subject property is currently shown at Tax Map 52, Lot 16 in the Rural Agricultural District and the Business District. Upon a finding that the application meets the submission requirements of the Site Plan Review regulations, the
Board will vote to accept the application as complete and a public hearing may follow immediately or will be scheduled for a time and date certain.
C. PB #23-021 Boundary Line Adjustment (Public Hearing Required): TFMoran Inc. requests a Boundary Line Adjustment on behalf of F. W. Webb Company for properties owned by Runway Fun Park, LLC and Keith A Bell & Kevin A Bell shown at Tax Map 34, Lots 32 and 32-1 at or near 471 Old Homestead Highway. The subject properties are located in the Business, Residential, and Rural / Agricultural Districts.
D. PB #23-022 Site Plan Review (Public Hearing required): TFMoran Inc. requests a Site Plan Review on behalf of F. W. Webb Company to construct a 58,085 square foot wholesale, warehousing facility and associated site improvements on properties owned by Runway Fun Park, LLC and Keith A Bell & Kevin A Bell shown at Tax Map 34, Lots 32 and 32-1 at or near 471 Old Homestead Highway. The subject properties are located in the Business, Residential, and Rural / Agricultural Districts. Upon a finding
that the application meets the submission requirements of the Site Plan Review regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and a public hearing may follow immediately or will be scheduled for a time and date certain.
