1. Adopt Agenda. The agenda was adopted as presented by Motion of Josh Hearne, second by Stan Mack. Unanimously approved.
2. Town Plan – Pursuant to 24 VSA 4385, this is a Selectboard meeting following the first public hearing on the Plan. At this meeting the Selectboard may propose changes to the Town Plan submitted by the Planning Commission. If the Selectboard proposes changes, it will schedule a second public hearing. Any Selectboard-proposed changes to the Plan will be made available prior to that next public hearing.

Discussion by Selectboard

3 version of the Town Plan to be adopted or considered for adoption is up to the Selectboard by law (See 24 VSA 4385)

· Final Public Hearing after published 15-day Notice September 5th – Final Plan and Report of PC discussed comments received. (Could be moved up if 4 meetings are not needed before Hearing.)
· Selectboard Meeting September 16th to act Plan based on discussion held at Final Hearing. (Could be moved up if 4 meetings are not needed before Hearing.)
