We, the undersigned legal voters of the Town of Rockingham, hereby petition the Selectboard of the Town of Rockingham, Vermont, to place the following Article on the warning for the Annual Town Meeting to be held on Saturday February 28th, 2026. This petition is filed pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 2691. We certify that we are presently voters of that town. The Article to be placed on the warning shall read:
Article: Shall the Town of Rockingham vote to raise, appropriate, and expend the sum of $5,000.00 for the support of Falls Area Community Television, Inc., to provide services to residents of the Town.

1. You are a legal voter in the Town of Rockingham.

2. You acknowledge and consent to your digital signature being used in lieu of a physical signature for this petition.

3. You understand that your agreement signifies your support for placing the above-stated Article on the warning for the Annual Town Meeting.
