Haley joined GLAD Law as a Staff Attorney in July 2024 and has worked on two lawsuits challenging
the administration’s ban on transgender military service, as well as cases challenging employer
discrimination against transgender employees, and GLAD Law’s first-in-the-nation challenge to the
executive order attempting to bar transgender girls from sports. He has been a part of legislative
efforts in both New Hampshire and Vermont. Most recently, GLAD Law was part of a coalition that
supported the passage of the confirmatory adoption bill in Vermont (“An act relating to confirmatory
adoptions.” H.98), a vitally important step for protecting families formed through assisted
reproduction, including LGBTQ+ families. He is board president of New Hampshire Outright—a
Portsmouth, NH nonprofit serving LGBTQ+ youth—and committed to advancing LGBTQ+ rights and
equality through both law and advocacy.

DJ Wooly Mar hails from southern VT and co-founded Brattleboro Queer Dance Parties in 2017. She customizes her sets to suit specific events and audiences, playing a multi-genre mix of intergenerational music including hip hop, reggaeton, alt-pop, and dance electronic.
