Rural/Agricultural District and shown as Tax Map 228, Lot 5.
b. ZBA #24-002 (Public Hearing Required): An application for a Special Exception
submitted by Scott & Whitney Ryan to construct a structure over 1,000 (one
thousand) square feet on property located at 251 West Street will go before the
Zoning Board of Adjustment. The subject property is located in the
Rural/Agricultural District and shown as Tax Map 228, Lot 5.
