Introduction:
FACT is a non-profit Access Management Organization that serves the Public, Educational, and Government (PEG) sectors in the Greater Bellows Falls Region and Cheshire County, NH. We encourage community involvement in filming various meetings and events to enrich our programming.

Subcontracting Opportunities:

FACT offers compensation for filming certain public, educational, and governmental events.
Community members and volunteers can be contracted as subcontractors on a flat fee basis.

Subcontractor Status:

Subcontractors must qualify as independent contractors, not employees of FACT.
The agreement with FACT is solely for service provision and does not establish employment or partnership.

Termination Policy:

The subcontracting agreement can be terminated by either party at any time.
Upon termination, subcontractors must return any FACT property or equipment.

Ethics, Confidentiality, and Professional Conduct:

FACT values integrity, ethical conduct, and professionalism.
Confidential information must be handled with utmost responsibility.
Subcontractors should consult the Executive Director for ethical guidance.

Unacceptable Professional Conduct When Interacting with the Public:

Engaging in any form of harassment or discrimination.
Participating in Municipal or school board meetings being filmed by expressing personal opinions or commenting as representative of Falls Area Community Television.
Using inappropriate language or displaying unprofessional behavior.
Disclosing confidential information or misrepresenting FACT.
Accepting gifts or favors that could influence professional judgment.

On-Site Requirements:
Maintaining impartiality is crucial; avoid participating in the events being filmed.

Responsibilities and Equipment:

Subcontractors are tasked with managing equipment for filming and ensuring its proper use and care.
Personal expenses incurred during service are the subcontractor's responsibility.

Compensation:

Payment terms are set by FACT's Board of Directors.
Invoices must be submitted to the Executive Director within 30 business days post-service.

Policy Changes:

FACT reserves the right to modify or eliminate policies, with official deviations authorized only by the Board of Directors.
