Windham-3 Early Childhood Candidate Forum — October 1, 2026

Building Bright Futures hosts the Windham-3 Early Childhood Candidate Forum, bringing together Vermont legislative candidates from the region for a discussion focused on issues affecting young children, families, educators, and the early childhood system.

The forum was held Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 5:00–6:30 PM at the Rockingham Free Public Library, 65 Westminster Street in Bellows Falls, Vermont.

Discussion topics include prekindergarten access, the early care and learning workforce, economic security for families, housing, and Vermont’s early childhood systems. Building Bright Futures serves as Vermont’s Early Childhood State Advisory Council and works to bring community perspectives and data into discussions about the state’s early childhood system.
