WARNINGBELLOWS FALL VILLAGE CORPORATION ANNUAL MEETING

The legal voters of the Bellows Falls Village Corporation, are hereby warned to meet at Bellows Falls Opera House Lower Theater in the Rockingham Town Hall located at
7Square in said Village on Monday, May 18,2026 at 7:00 p.m.
to act upon all matters which may be voted upon by acclamation and not otherwise to be voted upon by Australian ballot, and then adjourn to the Masonic Temple located at 61 Westminster Street in said Village at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19,2026 to vote by Australian ballot.
ARTICLE 1: To elect Village officers, as required by law. (By Australian ballot)
ARTICLE 2:To hear the reports of the Village Officers.
ARTICLE 3: Shall the voters authorize total fund expenditures for operating expenses of$1,846,569, of which $1,807,069 shall be raised by taxes and $39,500 bynon-tax revenues?
ARTICLE 4: Shall the voters of the Village of Bellows Falls authorize the Trustees toconvey a certain parcel of Village owned real estate, aI 170 Rockingham Street, knownas the Bellows Falls Police Department, to the Town of Rockingham, on such terms thatthe Trustees deem in the best interest of the Village?
ARTICLE 5: To transact any other business that may legally come before the meeting.Dated at Bellows Falls, Vermont, this 14th day of April 2026
