Break in at Humane Society leads to one arrest. The Brattleboro police get a call from a construction foreman that someone broke into the job trailer out back of the Humane-Society and was refusing to leave. Police showed up and ran out back with their guns drawn and arrested the man. The officers and the foreman make statements.
