A. PB #24-003 Site Plan Review Application (Continued): Horizons Engineering, on
behalf of Nucar Nissan of Keene, requests a Site Plan Review for construction of a new
flex space building and associated site improvements for their dealership at 544
Monadnock Highway. The subject property is currently shown at Tax Map 222, Lot 34
in the Business District. Upon a finding that the application meets the submission
requirements, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public
hearing may follow immediately or will be scheduled for a time and date certain.
B. Site Plan Review Regulations Changes (Public Hearing Required): The Planning Board
will have a Public Hearing to discuss the changing of Site Plan Review Regulations.
Proposed changes are planned for Section VII: Site Plan Review Procedures, Article 7:
Conditional Approval.
