A. North Swanzey Rezoning Discussion:
i) Amend permitted uses in Village Business I District, expand geography to include
the existing Business District corridor on Old Homestead Highway from the
Town Line to the Wilson Pond Dam, bounded on the west by the Keene Dillant
Hopkins Airport.
ii) Expand the Residence District geography to include the existing Business District
corridor on Old Homestead Highway from the Town Line to the Wilson Pond
Dam, bounded on the west by the Keene Dillant Hopkins Airport.
iii) Maintain the existing Business District corridor on Old Homestead Highway from
the Town Line to the Wilson Pond Dam.
