A. PB 24-013 – Boundary Line Adjustment Application: Southwestern Community
Services and Swanzey Township Housing Associates, in partnership with the Town of
Swanzey, have requested a boundary line adjustment to transfer 3.3 acres of land area
from Tax Map 110, Lot 70 to Tax Map 110, Lot 71. The remaining Lot 70 will be 5.1
acres and the expanded Lot 71 will be 3.7 acres. Both properties are in Village Business
District II and the Residence District.
