ARTICLE 3: Shall the voters of the Town of Rockingham authorizethe Selectboard andTreasurer to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of tax collection, orpayment of money due to the Town from the State of Vermont for highway or otherpurposes or payment to the Town from Federal funds.
ARTICLE 4: Shall the voters of the Town of Rockingham authorizethe Selectboard to seekout andlor accept funds available from non-property tax revenue sources and tospend those funds in appropriate ways after required public input.
ARTICLE 5: Shall the voters of the Town of Rockingham raise and appropriate the sum of SevenMillion Three-Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($7,382,160)to pay the indebtedness of the Town, repair and maintain highways, and pay all othergeneral and regular expenses of the town beginning July 1,2026, through June 30,2027, with Five Million Nine Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-TwoDollars ($5,961,282) tobe raised to by taxes?
ARTICLE 8 Shall the voters of the Town of Rockingham raise dnd appropriate and spend the sum ofFour Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500) to be allocated for the support ofSpringfield Area Parent Child Center to provide services to residents of Rockingham?
ARTICLE 9: Shall the voters of the Town of Rockingham raise and appropriate the sum of Four HundredThirty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars ($436,780) in operating expenses for thesupport of the Rockingham Free Public Library, with Three Hundred Eighty-Seven ThousandTwo Hundred Fifty Dollars ($387,250) to be raised by taxes?ARTICLE 10: Shall the voters of the Town of Rockingham vote to raise and appropriate the sum ofTwenty-Two Thousand Dollars ($22,000) to fund the Meeting House Capital Reserve Fund, with Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars ($22,000) to be raised by taxes?
ARTICLE 11: Shall the voters of the Town of Rockingham vote to raise and appropriate andSpend the sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Four Dollars($130,564) to maintain Town Cemeteries, with Sixty-Seven Thousand ThreeHundred-Fourteen Dollars ($67,314) to be raised by taxes?
ARTICLE 12 Shall the voters of the Town of Rockingham vote to raise and appropriate and spendthe sum of Four Thousand Five hundred Dollars ($4,500[or Senior Solutions, thenonprofit area agency on aging serving southeastern Vermont, to serve older Vermonters and younger disabled Vermonters with nutrition and wellness programs,application assistance for state and federal benefits programs, Medicare enrollmentguidance, long term care Medicaid program care coordination, Volunteer Visitorsprograms, and more
