B. PB 24-018 – Multi-Tenant Application: Suzanne Boisvert has submitted a Multi-
Tenant Application to lease an existing unit in the multi-tenant commercial building
located at 2 south Winchester Street. Better You Beauty LLC is a Personal Services
business that offers laser skin treatments, Botox, fillers, health and skin care products.
The subject property is shown at Tax Map 109, Lot 2 and is in Village Business District
II.
