A. PB 25-001 - Site Plan Review (Public Hearing Required): Fieldstone Land Consultants has
submitted, on behalf of Pilgrim Pines Camp, an application for the construction of a bath
house and associated site improvements at 220 West Shore Road. The subject property is
shown at Tax Map 242, Lots 10 & 12 and located in the Rural/Agricultural District. Upon a
finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements, the Board will
vote to accept the application as complete. A public hearing may follow immediately; if not,
a public hearing will be scheduled for a time and date certain.
B. PB 25-002 – Site Plan Review (Public Hearing Required): Black Belt LLC has submitted an
application for the construction of a drive-through restaurant facility at the southern corner of
Marcy Hill Road and Route 12. The subject property is shown at Tax Map 220, Lot 5 and
located in the Business District. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the
submission requirements, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete. A public
hearing may follow immediately; if not, a public hearing will be scheduled for a time and
date certain.
