A. PB #22-008 Compliance Hearing (Public Hearing required): Fieldstone Land
Consultants, PLLC, on behalf of John Flatley Company, has submitted revisions to the
conditionally approved site plan for the multi-family redevelopment of 244 Old
Homestead Highway. Revisions include: location of school bus stop, heights and types
added to barriers and retaining walls, sewer manholes at each building, snow storage
areas. The subject property is shown at Tax Map 19, Lot 98 in the Industrial Park
District.
B. PB #22-021 Compliance Hearing (Public Hearing required): Fieldstone Land
Consultants, PLLC, on behalf of Avanru Development Group, Ltd., has submitted
revisions to the conditionally approved site plan for age-restricted, multi-family
redevelopment of 115 Old Homestead Highway. Revisions include: updated drainage
plan, updated utilities plan, updated landscaping plan, architectural depictions,
reconfigured parking plan. The subject property is shown at Tax Map 37, Lot 7 in the
Business District.
