Engineering, LLC has requested a Special Exception pursuant to Section V, Article
B.2.b of the Zoning Ordinance on behalf of Jamison Vandyke for property owned
by Robert E McLean 1993 Trust for an 18-unit multi-family use at 11 Sylvan Way.
The subject property is shown at Tax Map 37, Lot 22 in the Business District. This
is a continuation from the July 17th public hearing.
