Saxtons River 4th of July Parade and Amerca’s 250th
For generations, the Saxtons River Fourth of July Parade has been one of Southern Vermont’s favorite Independence Day traditions. This year, the celebration carried even greater meaning as the community joined towns across the nation in commemorating America’s 250th Anniversary with the parade theme, “Once Upon a River…” From colorful floats and marching groups to local organizations, music, classic cars, and hometown pride, the village once again proved that some of the biggest celebrations happen in the smallest towns. FACT TV was there to capture every moment of this cherished tradition, bringing you the full parade from start to finish. Whether you waved from the curb, marched down Main Street, or couldn’t make it this year, you can now relive one of Vermont’s most beloved Fourth of July celebrations.
